Description:

Various Credit Control positions are currently available with duties including:

  • Chasing outstanding debt using telephone, letter, fax or e-mail
  • Monthly production of an aged debtor report
  • Negotiating payment terms
  • Carrying out credit checks
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Setting credit limits
  • Sending various letters chasing payment
  • Initiating court proceedings
  • Cash allocation
  • Handling various enquiries

The right candidates for these roles will have experience in credit control, collections or sales based role. You must be extremely confident on the telephone with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
