Job: French Speaking Credit Controller, Salary: £22,000, Location: Bracknell
An excellent opportunity has a risen to work for a European Company, working in Small friendly Offices in Bracknell. Reporting in to the European Accountant and working along side another Credit Controller you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable/Credit Control and Purchase ledger for the French region.
Responsibilities cover:
 
Accounts Receivable / Credit ControlSend out reminders, reminder telephone calls.
Order release, putting customers on stop in agreement with Sales representatives. Follow up on disputes with Customer Services Team.
Devise customer payment plans and follow up on them.
Liaise with cash collection companies, file claims with bankruptcy court.
 
Raise turnover bonus credit notes.
 
Cash application. Ensure correct currency exchange rate is used.
Perform bank reconciliation for a number of banks.
Process customer payments in accordance with French payment methods, e.g. Letter of credit, checks.
Maintain cash books and ensure all payments and receipts are posted to the nominal ledger.
Liaise with banks re any queries.
 
 
Accounts Payable Maintaining Purchase Ledger.
Coding of invoices, assist with monthly accruals.
Process supplier payments, ensure all payment requests are properly authorised.
Process salaries and employees' expenses.
 
Preparation of Cash Flow Forecast, liaising with European Accountant re payable budget and funding requirement.
Filing local declarations in France.
Various administrative tasks.

You will need to be Fluent in French,
To be able to cover for German Credit Controller.
6 - 12 months experience in Credit Control
