Description:
Our client, due to a maternity leave, needs to recruit an additional team member. You will be wholly responsible for the Credit Control for this business unit and some additional finance related duties:- Sales Ledger control
- Chasing payments and managing debtors ledger
- Payment terms also differ per customer therefore investigations may be required to identify the appropriate method of debt chasing
- Liaising with head office Credit Control and producing reports for them as required
- Cash allocation and posting Goods Receipting deliveries
- Assisting with Purchase Ledger including resolving queries and supplier statement reconciliations·
- Customer service and aftercare
- Journal inputting
This requires someone who has significant Credit Control experience and who is very capable and confident when speaking with clients, chasing money. You will also have a general knowledge and understanding of accounts processes and be able to handle your own sales ledger and some purchase ledger. Excel skills are essential.

- This is a 9 month contract which could be made permanent.
