Description:
This is a job working in South Manchester as a Credit Controller. Experience is vital as no training will be given. The hourly rate is £8.90ph. Candidates must be able to:- Identify overdue accounts and run reports.
- Send out reminder letters (computerised or personal) to suit all requirements.
- Deal with all incoming queries by letter or telephone recording comments on the relevant accounting system
- Pursue payments with insurance companies and/or patients.
- Identify shortfalls and resolve queries.
- Identify rejected claims.
- Liaise and correspond with patients/representatives.
- Identify delinquent accounts
- Prepare accounts for collection agencies.
Credit Control Experience required.
