Description:
This local chichester based company - easily commutable by public transport are looking to recruit a credit controller to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. This retail company are very well established locally and have a busy and friendly credit control department. This role is ideal for a candidate that has some office experience and customer service experience. Preferably the right person for this role will have some credit control experience or a desire to work in a credit control environment.Duties include:
- Posting Cheques to system
- Chasing by telephone, fax and letter
- Authorising credit for customers
- Reconciliations
Credit control
Dealing with high volumes of phone calls
Collating daily credit account cheques/BACS payments
Posting and allocating to customer accounts
Confident and Professional telephone manner
Customer service
