Description:
Joining a team of 12 Credit Control Clerks your main duties will include -- Telephone collection of outstanding monies
- Looking after a mixture of key and non key accounts
- Cash allocation
- All administration such as account set up and change of ownership
- Identifying reasons for non payment and negotiating a positive outcome
Successful candidates will need to -
- Have worked in a credit control department
- Be assertive but not aggressive with good telephone technique
- Be able to communicate at all levels
- Achieve targets
- Be able to plan/organise own workload

Basic Salary of £18,000 and benefits.
