Description:

Joining a team of 12 Credit Control Clerks your main duties will include -
  • Telephone collection of outstanding monies
  • Looking after a mixture of key and non key accounts
  • Cash allocation
  • All administration such as account set up and change of ownership
  • Identifying reasons for non payment and negotiating a positive outcome

Successful candidates will need to -

  • Have worked in a credit control department
  • Be assertive but not aggressive with good telephone technique
  • Be able to communicate at all levels
  • Achieve targets
  • Be able to plan/organise own workload

Our Client has a turnover of over £200 million and is one of the leader companies in its field in the UK.


Basic Salary of £18,000 and benefits.
