Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete Credit Control function for our company. The main duties will include:-

  • Making a high volume of debt collection calls through effective communication with customers
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with agreed principles and procedures while maintaining the client relationship
  • Query resolution
  • Posting of payments
  • Allocations
  • Financing and other account reconciliation’s.

  • Strong proven track record in debt collection and query resolution
  • Excellent telephone manner and practical Excel skills
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work proactively using their own initiative
  • Experience of dealing with senior management
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • Professional approach to work Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and collect outstanding debts in line within documented credit control procedures
  • Liaise with management and Sales team to resolve outstanding issues
  • Ensure that all payments are posted and allocated correctly to debtor accounts
  • Deal with queries efficiently to ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Provide s
