Description:

A job opportunity for an experienced Credit Control Clerk to gain experience of working within one of Teesside's leading employers.  The job role involves working within a team but taking specific responsibility for a portfolio of clients.  Main duties will include:-
  • Monitoring aged debt
  • Sending customer statements monthly
  • Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, email and letter
  • Dealing with queries and seeing through to resolution
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve queries
  • Producing monthly aged debt report
  • Liaising with Credit Supervisor re difficult accounts
  • Monitoring credit limits and reviewing with Sales Team and Credit Supervisor
This is a demanding role which requires an individual who has the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines.  Working in a strong and positive team environment our client states that you will need to be able to work as a team but have a good sense of humour. 
 
 
 
 
Duties to include: Data input Sorting of order information Use of Excel spreadsheets Answering incoming calls General duties.
