Description:
A well established manufacturing organisation requires a Credit Control Clerk to join their busy credit control team. Reporting to the Credit Manager and working alongside another Credit Control Clerk, the successful candidate will be responsible for half the ledger covering 3 sites. Duties include: monitoring 200+ live accounts, resolving invoice queries, credit notes, chasing debt via telephone and letter to strict timetables, allocating payments, credit vetting of new accounts, liaising with sales department regarding accounts on stop, etc. Basic credit control or sales ledger experience is essential as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to forge relationships. Good IT skills is also required. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with basic credit control skills to gain more involved experience in this area.Credit Control.
