I am currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Control clerk to work with a team of 8, to chase all outstanding unpaid invoices. Located on the outskirts of Wigan town center, my client is looking for someone who is equally adept working on their own as well as working within a team. Working to weekly and monthly targets, the candidate must be goal orientated, full of initiative and willing to work hard.
Duties Include:

• Chasing outstanding arrears on ledgers;
• Liaising with purchasing department to chase up outstanding invoices;
• Building relationships with customers to ensure a smooth service;
• Allocating payments once collected;
• Reconciling ledgers on a daily / weekly / monthly basis;
• Working toward set weekly and monthly targets;
• Working knowledge of Excel, Sage line 100, and SAP.
