Due to winning an exciting contract, our client has a vacancy based in city centre Manchester.In this economic climate, credit control has become increasingly important and our client is looking for someone who understands the importance of efficient collections and cash flow.
This role is to train and monitor a new credit control team and therefore represents a genuinely exciting opportunity to be involved from the very start.
You will be involved in training and mentoring a team, ensuring compliance with CSA standards, as well as assisting in collections.
The overseeing of the collections team will be your responsibility, as will the setting and monitoring of KPIs and targets. You will also be auditing the team's output to ensure maximum debt recovery within company guidelines.
We are looking for a collections manager with proven experience in consumer collections who is seeking a new challenge. You must be able to demonstrate a full understanding of CSA compliance standards, and be able to communicate this to a team. This role would suit someone with a desire to improve processes and make a real difference within a collections environment.
