My client is looking for an experience credit controller to join there team, this is a long term temporary role that will see the successful candidates through well into the new year.
The key area's that my client is looking for experience in is as follows:
- Previous experience in looking after account's value of £5,000 or more
- High volume data , approx 2000 accounts per collector
- Incoming calls - dealing with customer response to letters
- Outbound calls to blocked accounts and to reslove matters
- Small admin duties.
- Reviewing incoming direct debit forms
- Opening new accounts- credit vetting
