You will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be able to think outside the box! ideally you will have managed a team before however this is not essential.

In terms of background and skill the client are looking for the following:

·                      Ensure excellent reporting with accounts status readily available
·                      Be accountable, plan and manage the aged debt
·                      Management of all debt
·                      Collection of debt
·                      Allocation of cost
·                      Deal and support staff with queries with liaising with Customer Services
·                      Update/Management of SAP data
·                      Raise/authorise credit/debit notes
·                      Guidance and support to credit control assistants
·                      Other duties as required by senior managers

Ideally you will have previously used SAP and you will need to have good Excel skills.
