Interim Credit Manager job based in Southampton
An interim Credit Manager job has become available at a leading services company based on the outskirts of Southampton.
A proven Credit Manager will be required along with proven man-management skills
Leading the activities of the Credit Control Function to achieve the desired results
Plan, allocate and control the effective collection of outstanding debt.
Taking responsibility for the accuracy and relevance of the credit control systems and processes 
Establish and monitor effective performance targets for debt collection.
Manage, motivate, develop and lead a team of Credit Controllers.
Professionally deal with escalated debt control through solicitor communication and litigation.
 
Effectively communicate both internally and externally in an authoritative and decisive manner.
 
Work within performance standards, health and safety requirements and



  • Five years experience of Credit Control
  • Two years experience in a managerial and leadership role
  • Good level of education and training in management, credit control and business
  • Information communication technology literate
  • Good communicator & leader
  • Self motivated and confident personality
 

Excellent Salary paying upto £35k for the right candidate
