Description:

A large recruitment firm based nationally  across the UK is seeking a Credit Control. The organisation is continuing to expand year on year. Therefore the role is offering the right candidate the opportunity to progress with a steady credit control career. 

The candidate will be responsible for their own ledger and look after a high volume of accounts. You will have to chase any outstanding payments by a variety of methods including telephone and letter. Therefore strong debt recovery skills are required. The individual will also be expected to check the credit worthiness of customers and set credit limits.

In return you will receive any support you need from the credit control team, 25 days holiday, pension and health care scheme, product discounts and free parking.
The candidate will need the following skills:
  • Relevant Credit Control experience
  • Good communication skills including being assertive but polite
  • Strong debt recovery skills
  • Good IT skills - Excel and Word
  • Ability to deal with deadlines and pressure
  • Target driven
  • Not afraid of being on the telephone to communicate with many clients and customers.
  • Driving licence and car owner preferable but not essential
