Description:
Job Profile:This is an excellent opportunity working for a leading organisation in the insurance industry sector. Working with the collections team, you will be given ownership of a portfolio of customers. You will be responsible for the reconciliation of all their monthly payments, you will liaise with your customers and internal departments to resolve queries preventing the payment of items on their account.
This role does not require the individual to have any previous credit control experience as the individual will receive full support and training.
Skills:
- You should have strong communication skills
- A confident and assertive telephone manner
- Ideally you would have gained some experience in an accounts department
