The Company

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Supervisor on behalf of a leading international service provider with operations in over 100 countries and staff in excess of 50,000.

The Role

This role reports to the Credit Manager who has recently been promoted from this position and the successful candidate will supervise a team of four credit controllers. As well as overseeing their activities and setting cash collection targets you will be responsible for process improvement and providing project support to initiatives such as system triggered credit limits and the establishment of direct debit accounts. As the company prepares to re-list on the New York Stock Exchange the implementation and policing of SOX will also be an important project in the next twelve months. Suitable applicants will have previous credit control in a business to business blue chip environment in conjunction with staff supervisory responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits

£28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Private Health + Pension
