Description:

An exciting opportunity exists with a Financial Company in Putney for a Credit Control Team Leader to join their existing credit control team.

A pivotal role for this expanding financial based company, they require someone with experience in a Supervisor’s capacity, to lead from the front and motivate a team of collectors.

Your key duties will be setting team’s KPI’s, recruitment and appraisals, reviewing performance and one on one meetings coupled with training and a hands on approach with chasing payments via telephone and allocation of payments.

The successful candidate will have gained considerable experience in Senior/Team Leader Credit Control role, have a confident and enthusiastic approach as well demonstrating a proven track record of success. The role will be offered on Temporary to Permanent basis so candidates on short notice or immediate will be considered in the first instance.
