Description:

Award winning FMCG Company based in London are currently looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join their team.

This is varied role split between hands – on management of own credit control ledger and team leader responsibilities. Key responsibilities will be chasing payments via telephone, letter and email, allocation of payments, resolving queries, opening new accounts and credit checks. Alongside these duties you will also supervising your team’s workflow, setting their targets and work closely with Credit Manager identifying and resolving problematic issues.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a Team Leader capacity, high volume and low margin environment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, someone from a FMCG background would be desirable however not essential.
