Job: Credit Controller
Location: London, West End
This a an opportunity for an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join dynamic and rapidly growing FMCG company. The company has experienced rapid growth and the turnover is currently growing at a rate of 25%  per year. The low staff turnover is a testament to the friendly, relaxed and informal atmosphere, that promotes communication between different departments and specialisms, particularly between the sales team and credit control. For this reason the successful candidate will a personable individual who has demonstrated an ability to liaise with a variety of colleagues in the past.
 
The role will involve providing support to the Credit Manager and your time will be split between supervising a small team of staff and working on your own ledger. The environment is fast paced and target driven and will require you to perform sales ledger and credit control duties whilst motivating the team.
 
Candidates require solid experience of team leadership within a corporate credit control department. Candidates from a sales led environment will be best suited to the role, as a commercial focus and developing relationships with colleagues and clients will be essential is this customer service focussed company.
