Description:
Typical roles involve the following duties:
- Chasing outstanding debt via email, sending out collection letters and also via phone collection
- Negotiating repayment terms and schedules for clients in arrears
- Referral of bad debt client accounts to solicitors.
- Raising of invoices
- Allocation of cash
- Reviewing aged debtor report and prioritising work load accordingly
- Working and meeting targets - repayment plans/ cash collection
- Database management
- Any ad hoc duties that management may require
Suitable candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Have previous Credit Control experience
- Confident communicator and a good teamwork ethic
- Good organisational and problem solving skills
- Confidently deal with and resolve any queries
- The ability to use own initiative and be very self motivated
- Have good working knowledge of excel
