Description:
The role will report to the Credit Manager.- Maintain sales ledger.
- Ensure invoices paid to terms.
- Chase overdue debts.
- Follow up by email or letter where required.
- Allocation of cash, BACS and cheque receipts.
- Escalate all overdue accounts to Project Managers
- Raise and resolve account queries.
- Evaluate credit risk changes.
- Produce up-to-date forecast reports.
- Produce draft month end report.
The suitable candidate will have a passion and drive to achieve outstanding performance and create a sound working relationship both internally and externally. Candidates should be articulate with excellent communication skills, have a professional telephone manner and a ‘can do’ attitude.
The candidate should have good time-management skills and be focused on providing the best possible level of service to both internal and external contacts. You should also be able to work on your own initiate as well as in a team.
