Description:
The role will involve Outbound calling to chase debts on live accounts, Contacting customers via phone fax and email to recover and discuss overdue debts.
Suitable candidates will have the following:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – excellent phone manner
- Good numerical skills
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft office packages, especially Microsoft Excel
Our client is a leading manufacturing company with their head office being based in Northampton.
