Description:
As a credit controller your role will typically involve; -
- Chasing O/S payments by phone, letter, fax or email
- Chasing either personal debt or corporate debt
- Negotiating payment terms with customers
- Setting credit limits for customers
- May be responsible for initiating court proceedings
- Allocation of cash to accounts when paid
- Handling customer queries and liaising with the sales ledger team where necessary
Successful candidates will posses the following attributes;
- Previous exposure to accounts / office based or customer service
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Confident and friendly personality
- Posses a strong work ethic
