Description:
The role will involve
- chasing a ledger of retail customers on a daily basis regarding outstanding debts,
- Sending reminders via email or phone
- Investigating any mis-allocated payments
- Making necessary adjustments.
The successful candidate must:
- have excellent communication skills
- not be daunted by the prospect of calling all types of client
- have strong accuracy skills
- have a proven history of credit control and be able to hit the ground running with minimal training
