Description:
Main responsibility will be to chase outstanding/late payments.
You will need to call, email and write to clients who have failed to make payments for outstanding invoices
Send clients copy statements
Allocate payments to appropriate accounts
Liaise closely with the Sales Ledger department.
You will need to have some previous experience within a Credit Control position ideally within a Public Sector or Not for Profit organisation.
You must be a team player and your communication skills need to be excellent.
C grade at GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
