Description:
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will be a key player in managing their internal clients’ cash flow. You will work very closely with partners and executives who will come to rely on you for proactive advice, action and support on all aspects of credit control. Key duties include:
• Liaison with partners and executives regarding queried debts, unpaid bills.
• Preparation of monthly financial information for partners.
• Production of management reports for the Credit Control Manager.
• Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills via telephone and correspondence.
• Dealing with internal and external queries regarding unpaid bills.
The ideal candidate will have previous Credit Control experience, (experience gained within a law firm is highly desirable). Experience of managing a large ledger unsupervised is essential. Billings exposure or knowledge of legal billing process desirable. A demonstrable commitment to credit control is paramount.
