Description:
Reporting into the Financial controller:-
- You will be responsible for cash collections across 200 live accounts
- Process the sales ledger administration, raising sales invoices, cash allocation
- Calling customers to collect and resolve outstanding debt
- Sending out aged debt letters
- Reconciling customer accounts and handling any queries
- Liasing with senior management to raise debt issues
Suitable applicants will have at least 12 months experience within a debt collection position having been responsible for all aspects of the debt administration and process. good communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
Established yet growing business enterprise with good finance team and a great boss to oversee the proceedings. Located in Central Southampton with adequate parking.
Salary Circa £18 - 20k - free parking and great team to work with.
