Description:
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Reporting to and working with the Credit Control Manager
- Collection of cash for delegated customer accounts which are administered from a number of sites in the UK.
- Cash allocation to ledger
- Reporting projected cash collections on a weekly basis for specific customers
- Identification and reporting of relevant issues
- Sorting queries and resolving problems associated with credit control issues
- Building relationships with customers
- Working to deadlines to meet settlement terms
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous credit control experience
- Ability to work hands on showing initiative
- Portray a professional image and approach
- Ability to work in a small team to achieve targets set by manager
- Good communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to be firm and polite
- A flexible attitude and willingness to work within a team to ensure the targets and objectives of the department are achieved.
