Credit ControllerDue to a period of exciting growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Credit Controller to complement our dynamic finance team. You will be part of a growing global information services organisation and based in our brand new offices in the West End of London.

CoStar Group is a customer service focussed organisation who provide property professionals with access to the most comprehensive online databases of commercial real estate information, market intelligence and web-based marketing solutions in both the US and UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review sales ledger for profile of debt.
• Manage sales ledger with aim of minimising aged debt and bad debt provision.
• Proactively collect debt by contacting customers by telephone, email and letter.
• Provide regular updates on collections to Financial Controller.
• Liase with Sales and Customer Service Dept where necessary to resolve outstanding issues delaying payment.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
CoStar UK is a Customer Service Focussed organisation and as such we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate exemplary customer service skills in addition to the following:
• Ideally 5 years min credit control experience.
• Highly organised individual who is capable of owning the credit control process and can manage proactively.
• Persuasive and resourceful manner.
• Proven track record and high collections rate.
• Self starter and problem solver who is used to being on the telephone achieving results
