Description:
Based in Wimbledon/ New MaldenWe are now recruiting for several positions for a large and well reputable company in Wimbledon area. This is a great opportunity to join a company with progressive opportunities and offices worldwide.
The role is within credit control and comprises of high volume collection from large businesses, building relationship, query solving etc. You will be offered Icm study support and structured training.
Duties:
· To take full responsibility for the day to day collection of monies against a specific ledger
· To maintain a consistently high volume of positive calls on a day to day basis (30-40+)
· Ensure all refunds requested are actioned in a timely manner and authorised as appropriate
· To identify and prepare files to be passed to Solicitors within company guidelines
· Keep ledgers tidy by making sure all housekeeping of write-offs / unallocated cash and settlement of queries are done
