Description:
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a busy, well established Credit Control team with duties to include:-
- High volume chasing of overdue invoices by telephone & e-mail
- Preparation of aged debt reports for specific clients
- Liaison with operational staff in order to resolve queries
- Sending copy invoices & schedules of works when requested
- Assisting in all aspects of the credit control functio
Candidates will be:-
- Experience of dealing with high volume telephone chasing
- Ability to work to strict deadlines & often under pressure
- Confident with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and use initiative
- Knowledge and Word & Excel
- Conscientious attitude, paying attention to
