The Company
Robert Half International is recruiting on behalf of a large retail company based in St Helens for a Credit Controller to cover maternity. This organisation is a leading player in its field and boasts over 100 successful years in operation.The Role
The role itself will involve the following duties: Credit control, facilitate cash collection, banking, posting and allocation of customer payments, process and resolve invoice claims through information gathering and liaison with sales, supply chain, depots, customer services, build relationships with customers through frequent telephone contact, chasing payment for due/overdue invoices, ensuring that terms of payment are adhered to, process promotional invoices onto purchase ledger for contra payment against deductions, ensure that paper and EDI invoices are dispatched daily and maintaining and updating customer records on system.This organisation is accessible from the following locations, St Helens, Warrington, Runcorn, Speke, Newton le Willows, Knowsley, Maghull and Aintree. Applicants who have not had previous experience working within a credit control position will not be considered.Salary & Benefits
