Description:
The position of Credit Controller based in Peterborough focuses on the below duties:-
- Credit Control for select Accounts by phone, letter and email
- Month end processes, such as automated and manual statements.
- Daily allocation of payments received from customers
- Assist in the Company’s credit insurance policy
- Reviewing customer credit insurance limits, reporting thereon
- Assist in weekly and monthly reporting of debtors and cash received
- Issuing of late payment letters
- Assisting in referring customers to legal action
Any ad-hoc duties as required
An individual with exposure to dealing with high volume and high value invoices within credit control; an excellent communicator and a relationship builder. Knowledge of credit insurance policies for new customers is key.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
