- Chasing up payments
- Negotiating payment terms
- Sending out letters chasing payment
- Allocation of cash to accounts
- Effectively and efficiently handling customer and internal queries
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of experience with standard IT packages
- Ability to work off own initiative and with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
