Description:
My client based in Weybridge are looking for a experienced Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.This is a busy and varied role, duties include:
- Monitor effectively and efficiently the assigned Customer Portfolio in order to prevent late payment occurring.
- Control and manage open and held orders.
- Proactively manage assigned Credit Limits.
- Develop strong communication links with Internal and External Customers.
- Offer assistance throughout the business to resolve customer queries.
- Support the business in reaching corporate objectives.
- Offer assistance and support to Sales.
- Contribute as a member of the Credit Control team to achieve monthly KPI targets.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of sound commercial relationships.
- Provide sound financial awareness, and a good working knowledge of Sales Ledger management, and accounting principals.
- Ensure the supply of an efficient support function to all areas of the business.
- Take part and contribute in the development of sound Credit Control and Credit Management policies
