Description:
A new credit control job in Aylesbury. Our client, a major Aylesbury employer, is looking for a credit controller to join their credit control team. The role will involve chasing debt from major clients, reviewing and setting credit limits, cash allocations and liaising with solicitors if necessary. You will joining a team of five credit controllers in newly refurbished offices.Duties & Responsibilities:
Contacting customers by telephone, letters, fax and email.
Reconciling Customer Accounts
Responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
Raising requests for credit notes where appropriate
Liaising with Sales and Customer Services to ensure accurate account handling.
- Previous credit control experience is preferred.
- A positive, proactive and tenacious nature is essential
- Ability to perform well in a target driven team environment also required
- Working as part of a friendly team
