Description:
A new job opportunity for an experienced credit controller to work for a leading organisation within the West Midlands. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will have full responsibility for the sales ledger.Daily duties include:
- Maintaining a ledger with a value of circa £2m
- Chasing outstanding invoices via the phone
- 60% of the day will be spent on the phone
- Posting and allocating up to 300 transactions per month
- Sending out dunning letters
- Resolving queries
- Holding face-to-face meetings with clients to recover debts
- Using Oracle
- Credit control
- Sales ledger
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate
