A new credit control and sales ledger job in Birmingham City Centre.A new career opportunity for a credit controller to work for one of the leading providers of financial solutions for small to medium sized businesses in the UK. A progressive organisation that are growing at a fast pace require an ambitious credit controller with an upbeat and positive attitude to join a small yet busy credit control team.
Daily credit control and sales ledger duties will include:
- Maintaining a portfolio of 500 live accounts
- Chasing outstanding invoices ranging from £100 - £20k
- 80% of your day will be spent on the phone
- Liaising with customers to resolve queries
- Check invoices received on a daily basis
- Working to KPI targets
- Posting and allocating cash
- Credit vetting new accounts
- Credit control
- Cash allocation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- IT literate
