Description:

This is a temporary role for 6 months with a permanent position available for successful candidates. The hours are 4pm - 9pm monday to friday, with over time available on saturdays and sundays 9am to 5pm. The normal working week is 25 hours, but overtime is encouraged.
Calling customers of a credit card scheme that are late with payments you will be organising payments, taking payments, and setting up direct debits. Chasing customers who refuse to pay and forwarding to litigation. Dealing with 1000?s of live accounts. Using an in house computer system to input all information received. Four weeks training provided for any successful candidates.
Due to this vacancy being within financial services credit checks 
CCJ?s and bad debt are acceptable, as long as payment arrangements have been made.
 


You don't have to have worked in credit control before to apply for this position as 4 weeks of training is available  but the following skills are a must.
You must have a good telephone manner and be able to deal with customers.
You must be able to provide 2 references - work/education/personal
You must be computer literate.
 
Team Leader positions are available for candidate's who have got previous credit control experience and you can expect a basic salary of £22'000pa
