Description:
I am looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join my client to cover a period of maternity leave. I am looking for a candidate who can commit to the entire length of the contract which could be between six and twelve months.This role is best suited to a candidate who enjoys working with a high number of live accounts on a daily basis. Chasing outstanding amounts varying from £50 to £1,000 this is a very much a low values, high volumes role.
You will spend the majority of your day on the telephone resolve queries and ensuring that any problems that may result in late payments are dealt immediately.
The ideal candidate will have the following key skills and experience:
- Proven experience of collecting outstanding debt and reducing DSO's
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication
- Good all round knowledge of Credit Control procedures including running credit checks, setting up new accounts and producing aged debtor reports
This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available candidate to join a friendly team in an on going temporary assignment.
