Credit Control, Job, Exeter, DevonProven credit control experience needed.
This role will involve clearing a backlog of aged debt and then maintaining a larger sales ledger and chased debts. You will work alongside a senior credit controller
Computer skills ? We currently use an Excel based booking system which requires a lot of data handling and checking.
Confident telephone manner ? The role will involve calling customers to resolve invoice queries and chase payments.
Good written skills ? The right individual will be required to compose and send letters to customers.
General office experience ? The role will include some general office duties (opening and recording mail received, filing, scanning, etc).
