Description:

This is a temporary to permanent position working for a large international company.
You will be working within a team of 3 reporting to the Credit Manager.

Purpose of the role: To perform an effective Credit Control function within a challenging business environment.  This will involve extensive liaison with both internal co-ordination departments and external customers, ensuring improvement, timely and accurate reporting of the results to tight deadlines as part of a medium sized accounts team. 
 
Duties & responsibilities:           
 
· Contact via phone and e-mail with customers to ensure accounts are kept up to date
· Liaison with other Intertek offices to assist in the collection of UK debts for overseas offices and vice versa.
· Run and send debtor reports to local management.
· Run sales analysis by country on a monthly basis
· Report on debts over 4 months to management.
· Sending copy invoices to clients when required.
· Any other ad-hoc jobs as required




Skills required:
·  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and spoken)
·  Experience of dealing tactfully with important customers whilst being aware of different cultures
·  Good time management and prioritisation skills
·  Flexible approach to working hours and travel
·  Self motivated
·  Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a bigger organisation
·  Professional, keen, honest and enthusiastic personality




Hours - 37 hours a week, parking on site, other benefits to be confirmed
