Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join their team in the arrears and collections department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to deal with difficult situations effectively, ideally with a background in debt collection / credit control. You will have good IT skills and will also have a good understanding of payment methods such as direct debits and credit / debit cards.Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills both oral & written
- Previous debt collection experience
- Good customer service skills
