Great credit control job in High Wycombe...A great role within a great company has become available due to department relocation.
As Credit Controller you will carry out risk assessment of new and existing customers, monitor new accounts for a period of six months and take appropriate action, monitor and be proactive with customer accounts to ensure that they trade within terms, investigate, resolve and record customer queries, claims and deductions, assist in litigation procedures where debts are deemed irrecoverable, ensure that reporting is distributed to deadlines and assist in the administration of customer statements, direct debit processing, trade reference requests and daily cash allocation.
Key skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience in credit control
- Has good communication and influential skills
- Can plan and organise
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer literate, familiar with Excel
- Tenacious attitude
