Great credit control job in High Wycombe....This could be a temp to perm role or straight perm and is a great opportunity to join a busy credit control team with in a large and successful organisation in High Wycombe. The team is very close knit and it is a friendly and fun environment in which to work.
The role is a pressured credit control position, chasing outstanding debts of high values. It calls for an accomplished and professional individual who can rise to a challenge.
Main tasks will include:
- Chasing of debts via telephone, email and letter
- To carry out risk assessment of new and existing customers.
- To investigate, resolve and record customer queries, claims and deductions.
- To assist in litigation procedures.
- Raising credit notes.
