Description:
Brand New Credit Control Position based in South Leeds.This is a newly created role to my client's recent expansion. Friendly and down to earth working environment offering someone the chance to take on an autonomous position, overseeing the full invoicing and credit control function for one of the group's new businesses.
Duties include:
- Managing up to six company sales ledgers
- Raising sales invoices and sending out to clients
- Chasing debt on a daily basis from wide range of companies via telephone and letter
- Cash allocation
- Account reconciliation
- Query resolution - liaising with internal and external contacts on a daily basis
- Monitoring debtor days and constant focus on reducing bad debt
Skills needed:
- Must have experience of chasing commercial debt on a daily basis
- Must have experience of invoicing and sales ledger maintenance
- Good IT skills are essential
- Must have a strong and positive personality
