Description:

Working within one of the credit control teams in the Financial Services Centre at Witham St Hughs, this role includes responsibility for a specific part of the Accounts Receivable ledger.
Principal Accountabilities
 
·         Responsibility for debt collection on specified sections of the Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring all queries are forwarded to the relevant Business Unit and actively followed up.
·         Contract and order release.
·         Processing of various reports for subsequent distribution including debt and query reports.
·         Processing of new account requests including data verification, ordering of Credit Assessment Reports data and subsequent approval of credit limits within defined criteria or referral as appropriate.
·         Ensuring credit reviews on all accounts are carried out in accordance with the credit policy.

·         Have experience of working in Credit Control
·         Be highly accurate, giving attention to detail.
·         Have a confident and professional telephone manner.
·         Be a good, strong communicator at all levels, both oral and written.
·         Be self-motivated and comfortable in working on their own initiative as well as being a willing and able team player.
·         Thrive in a target led environment and used to high volumes of work.
