Description:
A rapidly growing franchise company based in Central London are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to take on the challenge of managing the companies debtors ledger. The successful candidate will have sole responsibility in reducing the aged debtors, assisting with the improvement of policies and procedures and building good relationships with franchises.The company are expected to double in franchise in the next year with a potential 500% growth in the next 5 years. This will be an excellent opportunity to further your career within Credit Control and will add great value to your CV. The Ideal candidate must have proven experience within Credit Control, have excellent communication skills and be able to grow with the company. SUN system would be an added advantage.
- Preparation of Sales invoices and input onto SUN.
- Setting up of Direct Debits ensuring cash is collected and chasing all cancellations.
- Allocate payments ensuring Debtors ledger is up to date.
- Ensure all rechargeable costs are recharged, collected and suppliers paid.
- Ensure Direct Debit Mandates are obtained.
- Preparation of the Daily Sales report.
- Assist the Payroll Manager.
- Must have SUN experience.
- Able to work unsupervised.
