Description:
Voted one of the top 100 companies to work for in 2007, this dynamic Law firm in the heart of Holborn is looking to recruit for a strong and experienced Credit Controller to join a team of 5 controllers.Reporting into the Credit Manager, you will be offered the opportunity to oversee a ledger of circa £7m across 450 accounts.
A candidate with a team focus is paramount within this company as interaction with other team members and partners is integral in your day to day duties.
These include:
- Contacting debtors to recover outstanding fees due; dunning letters, email and telephone
- Investigation of invoice queries and follow through to resolution
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with Partners
- To liaise regularly with Partners in relation to their clients debt position
- Weekly aged debt meetings with Credit Control manager to discuss other means of collection i.e. debt recovery
- Numerate with excellent administrative skills
- Good oral and written skills and sound working knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, confident and approachable team player
- Self-motivated and proactive;
- Able to communicate well at all levels
The company offers an extensive benefits package on top of a basic salary up to £29,000.
The package includes: Healthcare, Dental, Subsidised gym membership, subsidised restaurant, 25 days holiday.
Performance based bonus.
Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm
